Content generated by Haunt AI on your behalf is owned by you. The Haunt AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Benza Enterprises LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benza Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
